How Do I Place An Order?

Payment & Shipping
Orders must be paid in full at checkout in order to be processed for shipping.
Orders are shipped daily excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping is by Australia post and is cost is automatically calculated by weight at checkout.

We accpet credit card or PayPal as payment options.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
